1. Cut a green Thompson seedless grape in half and gently crush it on your face concentrating on fine lines. Leave it on for 20 minutes, rinse with warm water and let it dry in natural air. After it’s dry, proceed with usual skin care routine.The anti-oxidants and high Vitamin C content in green grapes will keep those free radicals at bay!
2. After you’ve cut up a pineapple, save the core and rub it on your face for a few minutes and then leave it on for 10-15 minutes. After you’ve rinsed with warm water, continue with usual skin care routine. The main enzyme in pineapple is Bromelain which attacks the free radicals that damage your skin and cause it to age.
3. Make a paste of turmeric powder and sugar cane juice. Apply to face for 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water and proceed with usual skin care routine. Turmeric is a great anti-inflammatory. If there is any irritation or discomfort after applying the paste, remove immediately and continue with usual routine.
