Here’s a few ”bedroom” skin care hints to help you reduce wrinkles and keep your skin hydrated while you sleep.
1) Try to sleep on your back as much as possible.
2) If you are more comfortable sleeping on your side or your stomach, use satin or satin-like pillow cases.
3) Besides using a good moisturizer and eye cream at night use a cool-air humidifier in your bedroom to not only keep your skin from drying out, but also help moisturize the membranes of your nose and throat.
